We would like to inform you of the UPS shipping schedule and our farm’s shipping operations during the year-end and New Year period.

■ UPS Year-End & New Year Delivery Schedule
Dec 22 (Mon) Regular pickup & delivery
Dec 23 (Tue) Regular pickup & delivery
Dec 24 (Wed) No pickup, delivery only
Dec 25 (Thu) Closed
Dec 26 (Fri) Regular pickup & delivery
Dec 27 (Sat) No pickup, limited delivery
Dec 28 (Sun) Closed
Dec 29 (Mon) Regular pickup & delivery
Dec 30 (Tue) Regular pickup & delivery
Dec 31 (Wed) Air service pickup & delivery only
Jan 1 (Thu) Closed
Jan 2 (Fri) Regular pickup & delivery

■ Suzuki Farm Shipping Schedule
Orders are harvested, packed, and shipped the day after they are received.

■ Ground Service Transit Times (from Suzuki Farm)
- Next-day delivery: DE, MD, DC, NJ and parts of VA, WV, PA, and NY
- 2-day delivery: Please refer to the attached transit map.

■ Order Timing Examples & Estimated Delivery Dates
- If you place an order on December 22
Shipment: December 23
• Next-day delivery → December 24
• 2-day delivery → December 26
- If you place an order on December 23
Since UPS does not operate on weekends, the shipment will be on Monday, December 29.
If you prefer shipment on December 26, please contact us in advance and confirm that you accept weekend holding.
- If shipped on December 29
• Next-day delivery → December 30
• 2-day delivery → January 2
