Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Fridays, weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing the order. Suzuki Farm is not responsible for items that could not be delivered to your destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, including the apartment number.
It is your responsibility to review the shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address.
If there is a problem with your product, please contact us within one day of arrival. We will do our best to resolve any issues that are clearly our fault. For delivery-related problems, please provide images of the box condition as evidence. Contact us at support@suzukifarm-usa.com.
Domestic Shipping Calculated Rate
Shipping fee is calculated based on your shipping address and the amount (weight) of your order. We ship to the Contiguous United States and Washington DC except California.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@suzukifarm-usa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
