Our Black Dry Beans are grown from the same plants as our edamame. Instead of harvesting them fresh, we leave part of the crop in the field to fully mature and dry before collecting. Compared to varieties grown exclusively for black beans, ours are slightly smaller in size, but they carry the same rich flavor you’d expect from edamame.
Enjoy them roasted as a soothing black bean tea, or simmer them sweet for a traditional candied preparation.
