SATSUMAIMO is a variety of sweet potato that was improved in Japan. Suzuki Farm has been preparing to grow delicious sweet potatoes since 2022, starting with trial cultivation of selected potatoes. Its characteristic is its moist and rich sweetness. About one month after harvest, the starch turns into sugar and it becomes delicious. It continues to mature after that, and after about three months it becomes even more delicious. It can be eaten in the same way as other sweet potatoes, but if possible, cook it at a low temperature. For example, it will be very delicious in an oven at 350-400 degrees for just under an hour.
