2026 Suzuki Farm in Focus: Photo Contest Official Rule

1. CONTEST PERIOD

The Suzuki Farm Photo Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 15, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

Entries received after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Suzuki Farm, Inc., and their immediate family members and members of their household are not eligible to enter.

The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing Suzuki Farm products will not increase an entrant’s chances of being selected as a contest winner.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, submit an original photograph related to Suzuki Farm vegetables by email to:

support@suzukifarm-usa.com 

The photograph may feature, for example:

  • Suzuki Farm vegetables;

  • a dish, meal, or salad prepared using Suzuki Farm vegetables;

  • vegetables grown from Suzuki Farm seedlings by the entrant; or

  • other creative photographs featuring or inspired by Suzuki Farm vegetables.

The email submission should include the entrant’s name and email address.

Each photograph must be submitted during the Contest Period.

Multiple entries are permitted. Each photograph constitutes a separate entry.

There is no fee to submit an entry.

5. PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

Each submitted photograph must:

  • be an original photograph taken by the entrant, or a photograph for which the entrant has obtained all necessary rights and permissions;

  • not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party;

  • not contain unlawful, offensive, obscene, or inappropriate material; and

  • comply with applicable laws.

Suzuki Farm, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.

If any identifiable person other than the entrant appears in a submitted photograph, the entrant represents that they have obtained any permission necessary to submit the photograph and to permit Suzuki Farm, Inc. to use the photograph as described in these Official Rules. If a minor appears in a photograph, the entrant must have permission from the minor’s parent or legal guardian.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Five (5) winners will be selected by Suzuki Farm, Inc.

Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:

  • Creativity and originality;

  • Visual appeal and composition;

  • Relevance to the Contest theme; and

  • Overall impression of the photograph.

The Contest is a skill-based photo contest. Winners will be selected based on the judging criteria above and will not be selected by random drawing.

Suzuki Farm, Inc.’s decisions regarding the selection of winners will be final.

7. PRIZES

Each of the five (5) winners will receive an assortment of fresh Suzuki Farm vegetables with an approximate retail value of $35, including shipping.

The specific contents of each vegetable assortment will be determined by Suzuki Farm, Inc. based on seasonal availability.

No cash or prize substitution is permitted, except that Suzuki Farm, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Any taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly included above are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by email using the email address provided with their entry.

A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the notification. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize for any reason, Suzuki Farm, Inc. may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Suzuki Farm, Inc. is not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive or respond to a winner notification because of an incorrect or inactive email address or other technical or communication issue.

9. PHOTO USE AND LICENSE

By submitting a photograph, the entrant grants Suzuki Farm, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce, publish, display, distribute, crop, resize, edit, modify, and otherwise use the submitted photograph, in whole or in part, for Suzuki Farm, Inc.’s website, social media accounts, advertising, promotional materials, marketing, and other business-related purposes, in any media now known or later developed.

Suzuki Farm, Inc. is not required to use any submitted photograph and may choose to use winning and/or non-winning photographs.

The entrant will not receive compensation for the use of a submitted photograph other than the prize awarded to a Contest winner, if applicable.

The entrant retains ownership of the copyright in the submitted photograph, subject to the license granted to Suzuki Farm, Inc. under these Official Rules.

By submitting a photograph, the entrant represents that they have the right to grant the license described above and that Suzuki Farm, Inc.’s permitted use of the photograph will not violate the rights of any third party.

10. PUBLICITY

By entering the Contest, an entrant who is selected as a winner agrees, where permitted by law, that Suzuki Farm, Inc. may use the winner’s name, photograph, and general location (such as city and state) for announcing and promoting the Contest and Suzuki Farm, Inc., without additional compensation.

11. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information submitted in connection with the Contest will be used for purposes of administering the Contest, contacting entrants and potential winners, delivering prizes, and as otherwise described in Suzuki Farm, Inc.’s applicable privacy practices.

Submission of an entry does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications unless the entrant separately provides consent to receive such communications.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Suzuki Farm, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, does not comply with these Official Rules or that appears to be fraudulent, incomplete, illegitimate, or submitted in violation of applicable law.

Suzuki Farm, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical problems, unforeseen circumstances, or any other event beyond its reasonable control interferes with the proper administration or integrity of the Contest.

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Suzuki Farm, Inc.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Suzuki Farm, Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

14. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

15. OFFICIAL RULES

A copy of these Official Rules will be made available on the Suzuki Farm website during the Contest Period.
