2024 Suzuki Farm Photo Showcase Sweepstakes Official Rules
Eligibility:
The "Photo Showcase Sweepstakes - Suzuki Farm Trial Set ($21.50) Prize" (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Suzuki Farm, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on July 8, 2024 at 8:00am and ends on August 31, 2024 at 11:59pm (the "Sweepstakes Period").
How to Enter:
To participate in the sweepstakes, participants should follow these steps:
- Photo Submission: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may submit photos featuring vegetables purchased at Suzuki Farm by emailing them to support@suzukifarm-usa.com.
- Accepted Photo Types:
- Photos of dishes prepared using Suzuki Farm produce.
- Photos of vegetables grown from Suzuki Farm seedlings.
- Photos of customers holding vegetables from Suzuki Farm.
- Photos of arranged Suzuki Farm vegetables on a table, etc.
- Include Information: Participants must ensure that the following information is included with their photo submission:
- Name (If you do not wish to have your name published, please indicate so).
- State of residence.
- Email address.
- Publication and Newsletter Consent:
By submitting a photo entry, participants agree to allow Suzuki Farm to publish their submitted photo(s) on newsletters, the official website, and official social media channels for promotional purposes. Additionally, participants consent to receiving Suzuki Farm's weekly newsletters.
- Opt-out Option:
- If you do not wish to have your photo published, please indicate so in your submission.
- If you wish to unsubscribe from Suzuki Farm's weekly newsletters at any point, there will be an option provided in each email.
Prizes:
Ten (10) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Each winner will receive a Suzuki Farm Trial Set (valued approximately $21.50) from Suzuki Farm online store.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted within 30 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. The winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 10 days after the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the initial notification attempt, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Conditions:
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sole discretion of Suzuki Farm, Inc.. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Suzuki Farm, Inc., which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
General Conditions:
Suzuki Farm, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, including without limitation if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Suzuki Farm, Inc.'s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Privacy:
All personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Suzuki Farm, Inc.'s Privacy Policy.
Winners List:
For the names of the winners, available after August 31, 2024, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Suzuki Farm, Inc., 38108 Contentment Ln, Delmar, DE 19940.
