Fragile and flowerlike Enoki mushrooms have long slender stems with tiny caps and grow in small clusters. Their signature long stem can grow up to five inches in length. Enoki Mushrooms have a tender yet firm texture with a crunchy bite and a mild flavor. They are normally used in soup, but can also be used in salads and sandwiches.
Enoki mushrooms are rich in Vitamin B6, Vitamin D, Pantothenic Acid, Potassium, Riboflavin, Magnesium, Selenium, Zinc, Copper and Thiamine.
