Mint, or “Hakka” in Japanese, is a herb with a nice refreshing aroma. Its leaves, flowers and stems can be used in cooking, tea and cocktail. Mint essential oil includes components such as menthol and limonene, and is often used for aromatherapy, bug repellent, toothpaste, as well as food flavoring.
Suzuki Farm started to grow mint under yuzu trees because the unique smell of mint could keep aphids away. We also use the mint to make the organic herbicide from the extract. Now, we have enough mint to deliver to you!
